We provide fresh organic vegetarian food most of it grown on the farm
We have our own olive oil, honey, sweet chestnuts and a large variety of fruit and vegetables.
We are as self-sufficient as possible and have a large organic walled vegetable garden and the farm is dotted with fruit trees - lemons, figs, plums, quinces, cherries, peaches, apples and pears.
We can sleep 15 in comfort in our cottages all rooms with their own bathrooms.
There are two lovely swimming pools
For larger groups we have a very special tented camp in the olive groves.
In a secluded olive grove close by the Yoga shala we have 6 large cotton bell tents with wooden floors. They are furnished with twin beds, a bedside chest of drawers and chairs. The tents have full standing headroom, and electricity. The camp has solar powered hot showers.
Camping in Andalucia in the spring and summer is delightful. Warm enough to sit out at night under the milky way and listen to the cicadas and the night birds sing. The camp has hammocks slung in the shade between the olive trees for serious chilling out after a day of Yoga and delicious vegetarian food. You are only a few minutes from the Yoga Hall, the Dining room and the swimming pools. You are living in the open air all week - you'll even get a suntan while brushing your teeth!
